The Shared Space

The Shared Space is located in our gorgeous church hall. Join us in this bright and airy room available for individual co-working - or group bookings for meetings, workshops and training sessions.

The room can be reconfigured and zoned off to suit your requirements - focused desk space; casual meeting setup; classroom-style training layout. Tuck yourself away or work amongst us. The space is set up with a relaxed mix of desks, chairs and sofas, so you can settle in wherever suits you.

Individual admission is £15 per person including VAT. For groups of more than 8 people we are pleased to cap the price at a flat rate of £120. Tea and coffee is included. AV equipment, whiteboards, flipcharts and other presentation aids are available on request.

Unlike other co-working spaces you will often find us working in The Shared Space ourselves! This includes meeting with our own clients as part of Co-Here and also managing customers and orders in our on-site Second Nature Online shop.

What the The Shared Workspace includes:

Quiet Room 1 - Private Desk Space

A small, private room with a desk and chair — ideal for focused individual work, confidential calls, video meetings or webinars. If you need to get your head down without distraction this is the space for you. Tea and coffee included. Please note access is via six steps. £40 per day.

Capacity - 1 Person

Quiet Room 2 - Cubby Space

A calm, comfortable private space with two soft seats and a coffee table - perfect for one or two people looking for a quiet, relaxed spot away from the Shared Space. Well suited to informal one-to-ones, mentoring sessions, confidential conversations or simply a peaceful place to think and work. Tea and coffee included. Please note access is via six steps. £45 per day.

Capacity - up to 2 Persons

Podcast & Meeting Room

A quiet, private space for up to four people. Acoustic panelling has been installed for optimum peace and quiet. Ideal for meetings, delivering online sessions and podcasting. We have a four-mic studio recording system in place plus cameras if required. Tea and coffee included. Please note access is via five steps. £75 per day including VAT.

Upstairs Meeting Room

A bright, well-proportioned meeting room of approximately 6m x 6m, suitable for up to 18 people in a seated meeting or workshop layout, or up to 30 people theatre-style.

The room features a large wall-mounted screen making it well suited to presentations, training days and meetings. Tea and coffee is included in the price. Catering — including breakfast, lunch, traybakes and snacks — can be arranged on request. Please note access is via two short sets of stairs. £120 per day.

Photography Zone

A professional photography setup that combines a large curved backdrop screen (approximately 3m x 3m) with a portable lightbox (1m x 1m). The booking includes two users plus the photography equipment.

The backdrop is ideal for product shots, brand imagery, video content and full-length photography. The lightbox is perfect for close-up product images with a clean white background, using a smartphone, tablet or camera. Tea and coffee included. Backdrop will be set up in main hall or on stage. Lightbox can be used in multiple locations. £60 per day.

Capacity - Booking includes 2 Persons (Additional users should book individual admission).

Services

We can support more than just the space. We can offer facilitation services and business mentoring. We have a range of Audio Visual equipment or, if you prefer traditional methods, ask us for whiteboards and pens. Most importantly - we make sure that your tea and coffee remains topped up. If you’re looking for a bit more then ask us about our catering services including breakfast, lunch and snacks.
