We will look at why customers do and don't buy, how to identify barriers to purchase and how to use key metrics and analytics to track your performance. We will also cover orders, delivery and returns - and how to deliver a consistently great customer experience that builds trust, reduces issues and encourages repeat purchases and positive reviews.
